Springfield Tree Removal was built on a single premise: the people of Springfield, Chicopee, Westfield, and the surrounding Pioneer Valley deserve a tree service that treats their property the way a neighbor would, not a contractor looking for the next job.
We have been working in this region for over 20 years. In that time we have seen what happens when homeowners hire crews without credentials, when storm damage gets left half-addressed, when a tree that could have been saved gets taken down because removal was easier to sell. We built this company as the alternative to that experience.
Every person who calls us is dealing with something that matters to them. Sometimes it is a tree that has been in their family's yard for decades and something has changed. Sometimes it is the morning after a storm and they are standing in their kitchen looking at a branch through their window. Sometimes they just have a feeling that something is not right and they do not know who to ask. We take all of it seriously because the property we are working on is not just a job site. If something needs attention we will tell you why. If something can wait we will tell you that too. And if a tree is fine, we will tell you it is fine and walk away without manufacturing a problem that does not exist.
